At Women’s Beauty Collection, we maintain a ‘closed box delivery’ policy to ensure product authenticity, customer privacy, and protection against tampering. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may return it for a replacement, provided the following conditions are met:

📌 Conditions for Return & Replacement

• If you discover a defect after opening the package, please notify our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Department within 3 days of receiving the order. Proof of damage or defect (photo or video) must be provided.
• Our CRM team will consult with management to arrange a replacement or payment adjustment.
• Used, swatched, or liquid/semi-liquid products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Products cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as dislike of smell, texture, color, or design.
• The policy is void if the seal is broken or if the product simply does not suit you.
• If you ordered the wrong product by mistake, we may consider an exchange, but you will be responsible for return and reshipping costs. (Subject to product type and management’s discretion.)
• The original invoice, packaging, and any intact product packaging must be returned with the item.

📦 How to Return Your Product & Costs

Our Customer Service team will arrange free pick-up from your address (conditions apply).

• If you live outside Dhaka, please return the product via Pathao Courier Service.
• If your return request is approved, we will refund your courier costs.
• If your claim is invalid, the product will be returned to you, and you will need to cover the return and shipping costs.
